I've always loved movement, so it was a natural decision for me to get a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology (2006), the study of body movement. With thoughts of becoming a Physical Therapist I worked as a Physical Therapy Aid for many years and developed an amazing tool box of corrective exercises. From there I became an ACE certified Personal Trainer in 2010 and then went on to get my Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach Certification in 2020. With over 10 years experience coaching/training/teaching people how to move their bodies I come to you today with valuable experience, a great attitude, and the willingness to help people achieve their fitness goals.
